By now, you’ve heard the 2023 Priority Power Conference was a success! We’re confident in saying that it was our best one yet. If you are still wondering what the hype was about and what took place at this year’s conference, we’ll provide a recap here to give you more context.

With 380 attendees, this year’s show had the highest number of Power Conference participants since its inception. The Fairmont Hotel in Dallas was our venue, where we welcomed our valued ISO partners, industry professionals, and vendors for two days of incredible sessions and two nights of memorable entertainment.

Priority Power Conference Agenda Highlights

The conference kicked off on Monday, September 25th, with an evening welcome reception and dinner featuring a live band at the hotel. On Tuesday morning, Thomas Priore, Chairman and CEO of Priority, delivered the welcome message and a keynote address. During this session, attendees learned about the current market and industry trends, heard from a banking panel, and delved into newer initiatives like Passport, Plastiq, and Wave

After a networking break opportunity with exhibitors and lunch, the Tuesday afternoon breakout sessions were filled with attendees focused and engaged in learning. The sessions included:

  • Leading card brands panel discussion
  • ISO, and agent-specific sessions on the MX™ Merchant suite of products
  • Break out sessions on MXM™ POS, MX™ Build, Prisma, CPX, and the newest addition to our portfolio, Plastiq
  • Partner presentations from Sentinel, American Express, and Fiserv

This year, we dedicated two full breakout sessions to our Passport platform, highlighting its capabilities for supporting faster funding for merchants and its payments and banking-as-a-service(BaaS) solutions for institutions of all sizes.

Tuesday Evening Awards Ceremony & Event at AT&T Stadium

On Tuesday evening, attendees were treated to a special night out at the AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys. While the DJ spun lively tunes, attendees enjoyed dinner, took tours of the stadium, and participated in the punt, pass, and kick on-field experience. We ended the night with an awards ceremony to acknowledge the hard work and success of our ISOs, agents, and partners throughout the year. The 2023 winners included:

At the request of last year’s attendees, we added additional training sessions on Wednesday’s final conference day. These sessions received an overwhelming response from attendees wanting to hear from subject matter experts on marketing, how to sell Passport, how to sell MXM POS, and how to build more portfolio strength for their business.
